Cutting
the tin roof away from the inside of the building, followed by
the installation of the HSS tube from OWSJ to OWSJ and clamping
or welding in place as per engineered drawings. Next the clamp
around base of the roof anchor is installed and tightened with a
torque wrench to ensure safety. |
Removal or
the roof membrane and insulation panels we are able to drop in
the window washer fall arrest galvanized type roof anchor. |
Finally
after installing all the wrap around roof anchors we are able to
load test to 2250 lbs and with a deflection gauge we measure the
deflection under load and then record the results with a final
deflection after the load is released. All installations receive
an inspection sticker and turn over binder for the client to
file and review upon request by OSHA Government Inspectors. |
